A Passion for Pastry

Creating wedding cakes has long been my passion, and I have the training and experience to help you realize your perfect cake. I am a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and after working at several bakeries both in the Bay Area and Boston, I created countless confections as pastry chef at Jody Adams’ renowned Rialto Restaurant in Cambridge, Mass.

Having recently completed a 4-year stint as an editor at Cook’s Illustrated Magazine and having appeared on the popular PBS cooking show, America's Test Kitchen, I'll have no trouble coming up with the perfect recipe for your cake.

When not making cakes, I am whipping up desserts at Catch Restaurant in Winchester, Massachusetts.
